Biography

Edoardo Baroni was born in Brescia, Italy, on September 28, 1991, and studied jazz guitar with Luciano Poli, later deepening his jazz language with Sandro Gibellini and Roberto Soggetti. He was admitted at the age of eighteen to the Marenzio Conservatory of Brescia where he was the only one admitted among nine candidates. He graduates in jazz guitar in 2014 and obtains in 2017 , under the wing of Peo Alfonsi, the Level II academic diploma in Jazz guitar. In 2020, he further enriched his course of study by graduating in Music Teaching. For the duration of the academy, he is a member of the Chick Corea Academy. In 2018, he is appointed as a guitar teacher at the Puccini Conservatory of Gallarate and subsequently continues his teaching activity as a music education teacher. He has an intense and documented concert activity as a soloist and turnist. He is a turnist for singer Daniel Adomako, winner of Italia's Got Talent 2013. Among his projects is the Capoferri Baroni Duo, which, with its first album "Jazz Album & More" with music written by renowned composer Paolo Ugoletti, reached the top position in the Amazon Music sales charts Jazz section. In addition to his solo project, in which he alternates jazz and Latin jazz songs with classical pieces, boasting numerous concerts in the Italian scene, he has been working for years in the Quintetto Esposto, a Brescian pop band.

On April 15, 2022, his first solo album (Dawn) was released, published by Clockbeats and produced by Dario Mollo (Glenn Hughes, Graham Bonnett, Don Airey). The album reached the top position for sales on the Amazon Music chart.
On April 7, 2023, he will release his second solo album named SONGS, produced by Dario Mollo and published by Clockbeats, in which he will re-propose songs from Italian and international pop music in a jazz key.
He is currently a teacher of Propedeutica Musicale at the Monteverdi Conservatory of Cremona and of Guitar for the Music Therapy department at the Maderna Conservatory of Cesena.
